Elkhart3D provides custom epoxy coating services and 3D printing services, including but not limited to prototyping, functional parts, and custom fabrication.

All services are performed based on customer-provided specifications, requirements, and approvals.

All products and services are custom, made-to-order, and tailored to each individual customer.

• Variations in finish, color, texture, and minor dimensional tolerances may occur
   
• Final results may differ slightly from digital previews, samples, or expectations
   
• Customer assumes responsibility for final approval of design specifications prior to production
   

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Customers retain ownership of submitted designs. You confirm you have rights to reproduce them.

Resale or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

• Net 14-day payment terms for direct Elkhart3D purchases
   
• Deposits or full payment may be required upfront
   
• Orders through Ranger Tool Supply follow their terms
   

Estimates are not guaranteed.

All sales final once production begins.

Up to 1-year limited warranty, subject to environmental and use conditions.

Elkhart3D may provide prototype products at no cost during development.

• Prototypes are non-final and for testing only
   
• All liability transfers to the customer once the item leaves Elkhart3D control
   
• Customer assumes all risks associated with testing and use
   

For projects involving functional, load-bearing, mechanical, or high-risk applications, Elkhart3D may require explicit acceptance of the following:

By accepting prototype products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prototype items are experimental and not certified for safety or reliability
   
• You assume full responsibility for testing, validation, and use of the product
   
• You release and hold harmless Elkhart3D from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from use of the prototype
   
• You agree not to use prototype products in critical or safety-dependent applications without proper engineering validation
   

• Signed written agreement
   
• Digital acknowledgment (email, checkbox, or order confirmation)
   

Elkhart3D reserves the right to withhold prototype delivery if this agreement is not accepted.

Customer assumes all risk for product use.

Liability limited to amount paid.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

No misuse or unauthorized access.

Terms may be updated at any time.
